Anna and Carol have brought their planning and viability expertise together as Prime Land to reduce risk and increase the value of land using the planning system.

Prime Land  work with land owners to increase the value of land and commercial buildings across the North West of England using the town planning system.

ANNA WREN

Anna is the Company Director of Morgan Curtis Properties Ltd, a property investment company that specialises in purchasing run-down HMOs, increasing their value and rental yield by doing back to brick refurbishments.

Anna has a strong focus on finance and has grown her property portfolio to over £2.6m in the past 13 years. With a keen eye for numbers, she worked for over a decade in Procurement and Merchandise Planning Management, responsible for the multi million pound spend for AIG, Ralph Lauren, Review Australia and Cotton On, in London and Australia.

Carol is the Managing Director of Bramhall Town Planning Ltd. Established in 2017, Bramhall Town Planning is a private sector planning consultancy operating across the North-West of England; advising landowners on strategic measures to increase the value of land and property utilising the planning system.  

Dynamic, agile and a trusted forerunner in her field, Carol is a Chartered Town Planner of circa 20 years, with a proven track record of delivering 100’s of major planning permissions, including 1,000s of homes for multi-national and national companies, Plc’s and high net worth individuals.

It was a pleasure to be involved as an investor in Prime Land’s interesting regeneration project at Lytham St Annes. The process of investing with Carol and Anna was very straightforward and it naturally helps when you do business with people that you intrinsically trust. Carol kept me in touch with project progress on a regular basis and we received our investment back (with interest!) in advance of the originally predicted timeframe.
